PROFILO DELLA SOCIETA’

Intermin è stata fondata in Italia nel 1987 da due Gruppi imprenditoriali provenienti rispettivamente dall’industria e dalla finanza.
Nei primi anni di attività, la sua principale vocazione è stata quella di supportare Gruppi industriali italiani interessati a collocare linee proprie di produzione sui mercati esteri, fornitori di materie prime.
Dalla seconda metà degli anni novanta, la società, avendo fortemente sviluppato una politica di penetrazione e di alleanze con partners in taluni mercati “vergini” per le industrie italiane, ha iniziato a svolgere la prevalente funzione di General Consulting.

Intermin, è attualmente una società a responsabilità limitata operante principalmente su base professionale con sede a Roma e due unità secondarie a Treviso e a Napoli.
Intermin offre i propri servizi avvalendosi anche di numerose collaborazioni sottoforma di  Joint-ventures o in A.T.I. con società gemelle operanti in Italia e in Paesi esteri, senza distinzione di latitudine.

Intermin oltre a svolgere direttamente la propria attività in questi ultimi anni è stata in costante rapporto con il Ministero delle Attività Produttive Commercio Estero e con le Regioni Lazio e Liguria, Assessorato Attività Produttive e all’ Internazionalizzazione, partecipando come organo operativo, ad alcune importanti iniziative rivolte allo sviluppo delle politiche esportative e delle opportunità di internazionalizzazione delle imprese.
Numerosi sono stati i meeting e i convegni in Italia e all'Estero sui menzionati temi, organizzati da Intermin con associazioni di categoria italiane e straniere, ai quali hanno partecipato tra gli altri:

COMPANY PROFILE

Intermin has been created in Italy in 1987 from the merging of two entrepreneurial Groups coming respectively from the industrial and the financial sector.
During the first years of activity, its main head for business was to support the Italian industrial groups which were interested into the arrangement of their main productive lines in the foreign markets, the suppliers of raw materials.

From the second half of the 90’s, the Company, having strongly developed a policy of penetration and alliances with partners in “virgin” markets for the Italian industries, has started to  carry out the main function of General Consulting.

Intermin is at the present time a Limited Liability Company which operates mainly under professional basis with its main Headquarter in Rome and two branches  in Treviso and in Naples. Intermin offers its own services through the cooperation of various collaborators under the form of  Joint-ventures or in A.T.I. with  operating twin companies in Italy and abroad, without any ethnic distinction.

Intermin, beyond its main direct activity, has been during the last years in steady relationship with  the Ministry of Productive Activities Foreign Trade and with Regione Lazio and Liguria, Assessorship of Productive activities and to the internationalization, participating as an operative body to some important ventures related to the political development of exportation  and to the opportunities of enterprises’ internationalization. There have been various meetings and congresses in Italy andn foreign country about such mentioned themes, all organized by Intermin with associations of Italian and foreign categories, with whom there has been the prestigious participation of:

ICE, SACE, SIMEST, BEI, DIPCO, MINISTERO DEGLI ESTERI, ASSOCIAZIONI ONLUS.
